We store data fetched from the Google Places API (Business Name, Phone, Website) and the results of your website audits (Scraped text, AI-generated findings, and PDF reports).

Payment Data

Financial transactions are handled by Paddle. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; we only store the transaction ID and your current credit balance.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Maintain your "Follow-Up" list and lead history.
  • Process AI-powered website audits and visual redesigns.
  • Manage your credit balance and transaction history.
  • Communicate important product updates or support responses.

3. Data Storage & Security

Database

Your data is stored securely in our Postgres database (Neon).

Assets

Generated PDF reports and audit images are stored in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2).

Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following partners only to provide our service:

Paddle

Our Merchant of Record for payment processing.

Google Cloud

For lead generation data via the Google Places API.

AI Providers

To generate audits and visual redesigns (data sent to AI models is used for generation, not for training).

You have the right to:

  • Access the lead data and audit reports stored in your account.
  • Request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
  • Opt-out of marketing communications.
